Cross-cultural Book Box for Migrant Children

Ravensburg is a town in Upper Swabia in Southern Germany, capital of the district of Ravensburg, Baden-Württemberg. The town is home to immigrants from several countries including Russia, Turkey and former Yugoslavia. Through the support of Rotary eClub One, the Pill Mayer Foundation for Intercultural Dialogue provide books to special libraries in the town. The books are donated as part of a package named "Cross-cultural Book Box".

The library provide a meeting place, where young and old can build social contacts and feel like home. Especially for kids the library is a most welcome meeting place. The donated books provide the children with the opportunity to learn their mother tongue and other languages, customs and religions.
