ROTARY INTERNATIONAL EXCHANGES

Rotary International offers many opportunities for Rotarians and non-Rotarians around the world to experience the benefits of spending quality time with people from other parts of the world than their own. These "exchanges" of culture and personal experiences are facilitated by some of the programs below.

ROTARY EXCHANGE PROGRAMS

Rotary International Travel & Hosting Fellowship (ITHF)

The International Travel and Hosting Fellowship promotes and facilitates regional, national and international "connections" between Rotarians. It is the ideal way to meet fellow Rotarians in their home countries.

 Vocational Study Team

eClub One is establishing a pilot Vocational Service program for non-Rotarian middle management professionals aged between 30 and 55 years.

 Group Study Exchange

The Group Study Exchange (GSE) program of The Rotary Foundation is a unique cultural and vocational exchange opportunity for young business and professional men and women between the ages of 25 and 40 and in the early years of their professional lives.

 Youth Exchange

A Rotary Youth Exchange student spends a year, or perhaps just an extended period of time, hosted by families of a Rotary club in another country.

 Ambassadorial Scholars

The Ambassadorial Scholarships are designed to further international understanding and goodwill, and to provide for study abroad in more than 160 countries where Rotary clubs are located.

 Friendship Exchange

Rotary Friendship Exchange is an international exchange program for Rotarians and their families. Friendship Exchange provides participants the opportunity to experience other cultures by staying in the homes of Rotarians in other countries.

 Rotary Home Exchange
Home exchangers trade their homes, condominiums or apartments at a time that is convenient to both parties, but these are not the only types of accommodations that one gets to choose from.

From Rotary eClub One Webmaster...

It is a mandatory requirement that Rotarians spend at least 30 minutes on the Rotary eClub One website to qualify for a make-up credit. Please use your 30 minute visit to review a variety of articles from our Programs section and/or information from our web site pages. As always, Rotarians should apply the 4-Way Test to the time they spend on the Rotary eClub One site for a make-up.
